I bring a unique blend of professional and personal experience to my counseling practice. After spending decades as an IT executive and entrepreneur, I’ve had the privilege of navigating the challenges of high-stakes decision-making, leadership, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Now, as a clinical mental health counseling graduate student intern, I’m passionate about helping people in leadership roles—my peers—find clarity, resilience, and fulfillment amid the complexities of their personal and professional lives.
I also have a deep commitment to working with couples seeking stronger connections and individuals facing grief and loss. Life can feel overwhelming at times, but I believe every challenge holds the potential for growth and healing.
In my work, I draw on evidence-based techniques, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Reality Therapy. These approaches are powerful tools for identifying thought patterns, exploring choices, and building the life you want. Together, we’ll focus on practical strategies to address your concerns while honoring the deeper emotions and experiences that shape your journey.
Above all, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take the next step forward. Whether you're navigating career transitions, relationship challenges, or the complexities of grief, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and authenticity.
If this sounds like the kind of support you’re looking for, I’d love to connect. Let’s work together to create meaningful change and help you thrive.
