Alexandra is a student at Southern New Hampshire University in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. She recently moved from Iowa, where she was an intern at a local community mental health center. She also co-taught in an international graduate school in Iowa for three years prior to relocating to Florida. She has a special interest in DBT and CBT, and enjoys studying those theories and utilizing the skills in sessions. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, kayaking, swimming, and spending time with her husband and 7 year old daughter.
