"Quality Care from Quality Experts"

I was exactly where you are years ago. Excited to finish Graduate School and start to be a changemaker. Graduate School taught me so much about therapeutic approaches, theories, rules, laws, and ethics. However, in the field is where I truly learned how to help. It was the time of my residency where I learned the real world implementation of these skills and how to effectively see people improve their quality of life. I was able to take what we learned and apply to different ages young and old and see various mental health issues improve as a result of the appropriate treatment. 

My goal of Hurtado Counseling MHC Supervision Program is to give of my time, my knowledge, and my encouragement to the future counselors out there. I take a hands on approach so that you feel supported while also trusting I will provide the guidance and assistance if you feel you are falling. 

We were all at the beginning once. I want to provide a healthy and helpful relationship with my interns so I can extend my help through you to those out there in need.
